I was scared of using this platform, as a matter of fact my wife warned me. I should have just listened to my gut but I thought it was all real. I deposited the sum of $8,000 into my account and that was it. They never released my money to me and made it almost impossible to withdraw.

I'm inquiring about an issue regarding freecash.com. I started an account with them several months ago, and I put a lot of time into completing surveys and other offers that were on the site. I didn't make much from it, and what little I did make, it took a great deal of time to get the balance to what it was. Today, when I went onto the site, I noticed that $5.00 was missing from the balance. I didn't use any of it, I didn't violate any rules, and I answered the surveys honestly, and yet, for some reason, they're claiming that there were chargebacks. There were some chargebacks a few months ago. After completing surveys with Bitlabs and Prime Survey, they charged back later on even though I put my valuable time into completing those surveys with honest responses. It appears that other people have had similar issues with this site. I want to be reimbursed for the amount that was taken from my balance.
I completed an offer on Freecash that clearly displayed a payout of $111 when I finished it. I submitted proof right away. Freecash took 15 days to process my support ticket, and when they finally credited me, they only gave $65. Their explanation was that the offer was a "burning reward" that decreases over time, and they claimed their Terms of Service allow them to change rewards even after completion. This is unfair. I completed the task in good faith when the payout was $111, and the later reduction only happened because of their processing delay. By not honoring the displayed reward, Freecash is acting deceptively and refusing to pay users or not paying the full amount they earn. If you're considering using Freecash, be very cautious. Even with proof of completion, you may not be paid what was promised. I am currently demanding payment of the missing $46 and will escalate this through Consumer Protection BC if Freecash does not resolve it.

This site makes it clear by stating if banned on free cash you won't be able to login but yet I can log in and complete offers constantly reaching out to support my account no longer stated banned but cash outs frozen message support which I do and it says don't worry you aren't banned or did anything wrong and was told wait 24-48 hours which I did only to be told that my account is banned but yet I can still login and when I do it says cashout are frozen not banned and yet I can still complete offers make it make sense my account has been this way since march after having it for 3 years. I can do everything on my account except cashout you guys have no problem constantly sending me app notifications and emails to leave a review well here it is. My account and the support bot states I'm not banned if I'm banned why can I complete offers make it make sense and support is nonexistent robots that might not ever even reply.
Freecash is a legit site, but they have a lot of problems. I just closed my account with them last week. Main issues I have encountered:
-Completing games as instructed, but still not get paid. It mainly happens on games that will pay you to play for 30 days or 40 days or whatever. You don't have to win anything, you just have to open the game and play. They withheld $28 last week from me for two games I completed exactly in the time frame required, and all they say was "No you didn't." Customers don't have any leverage at all. It's their way or nothing.
-Finishing surveys and not getting paid. I have sent messages to them before about this, but they just tell me I have to send screen shots of the survey. But by the time I finish the survey, there are not any screenshots that identify which survey it is.
-Their site does not work with a VPN, which is very irritating. All the other survey sites I use don't have that problem.
-I have opened cases with them to try and clear some of these matters up, and it takes them 2 weeks + to respond. I have never received a positive response. It's always something I have done wrong, not them. Overall they have lost my trust and I will not be back. Just trying to warn everyone I can to stay away.

Freecash has not responded meaningfully. This appears to be a pattern of avoiding rightful payouts by ignoring evidence – which contradicts both their own terms and basic principles of fair dealing. At this point, I can't recommend this platform.

Die Plattform zeigt jedoch keine Bereitschaft zur Aufarbeitung.
Das lässt vermuten, dass systematisch versucht wird, Nutzer um verdiente Vergütungen zu bringen – entgegen den eigenen Nutzungsbedingungen und grundlegenden Vertragsprinzipien. Aus meiner Sicht aktuell nicht empfehlenswert.

I have had a pretty good experience with FreeCash! I have found some offers that I enjoy and plan to continue. The only thing I don't understand is the rewards. The daily streak no longer works and neither does the bonus ladder. It's not the same without.
When you spend countless hours and days playing games and completing tasks and I've probably spent more money on games than I've won just to get denied even submitting tickets and supplying proof of completion which never works my tickets have all been denied, anyway i have asked for all my info on your site be deleted and i have deleted my account and will continue on other apps/sites... thanks for not helping
