I was scared of using this platform, as a matter of fact my wife warned me. I should have just listened to my gut but I thought it was all real. I deposited the sum of $8,000 into my account and that was it. They never released my money to me and made it almost impossible to withdraw.

After months of back and forth which yielded nothing, I filed a fraud complaint with {clai msatcoi n-diligence}. They assisted me and ensured my funds were recovered to me.

My experience with freecash was a really devastating one but glad i was able to get help.

Freecash is a scam you cant get your money i got took in and lost 30 dollars how did it happen when you go to cash out they ask you for id i tryed to get my cash it could not find my camera in my phone where as other sites find it no problem i told them i dont have picture of my id i ask them to send a text to my phone they would not do this ie they will keep your money i never got my 30 dollars there a scam

I'm inquiring about an issue regarding freecash.com. I started an account with them several months ago, and I put a lot of time into completing surveys and other offers that were on the site. I didn't make much from it, and what little I did make, it took a great deal of time to get the balance to what it was. Today, when I went onto the site, I noticed that $5.00 was missing from the balance. I didn't use any of it, I didn't violate any rules, and I answered the surveys honestly, and yet, for some reason, they're claiming that there were chargebacks. There were some chargebacks a few months ago. After completing surveys with Bitlabs and Prime Survey, they charged back later on even though I put my valuable time into completing those surveys with honest responses. It appears that other people have had similar issues with this site. I want to be reimbursed for the amount that was taken from my balance.

I completed an offer on Freecash that clearly displayed a payout of $111 when I finished it. I submitted proof right away. Freecash took 15 days to process my support ticket, and when they finally credited me, they only gave $65. Their explanation was that the offer was a "burning reward" that decreases over time, and they claimed their Terms of Service allow them to change rewards even after completion. This is unfair. I completed the task in good faith when the payout was $111, and the later reduction only happened because of their processing delay. By not honoring the displayed reward, Freecash is acting deceptively and refusing to pay users or not paying the full amount they earn. If you're considering using Freecash, be very cautious. Even with proof of completion, you may not be paid what was promised. I am currently demanding payment of the missing $46 and will escalate this through Consumer Protection BC if Freecash does not resolve it.

I had a bit of negative experience on going through this site. Had fund doing the tests and surveys but ultimately had some weird experience on payouts. Did not get a single penny

This site makes it clear by stating if banned on free cash you won't be able to login but yet I can log in and complete offers constantly reaching out to support my account no longer stated banned but cash outs frozen message support which I do and it says don't worry you aren't banned or did anything wrong and was told wait 24-48 hours which I did only to be told that my account is banned but yet I can still login and when I do it says cashout are frozen not banned and yet I can still complete offers make it make sense my account has been this way since march after having it for 3 years. I can do everything on my account except cashout you guys have no problem constantly sending me app notifications and emails to leave a review well here it is. My account and the support bot states I'm not banned if I'm banned why can I complete offers make it make sense and support is nonexistent robots that might not ever even reply.

Freecash is a legit site, but they have a lot of problems. I just closed my account with them last week. Main issues I have encountered:
-Completing games as instructed, but still not get paid. It mainly happens on games that will pay you to play for 30 days or 40 days or whatever. You don't have to win anything, you just have to open the game and play. They withheld $28 last week from me for two games I completed exactly in the time frame required, and all they say was "No you didn't." Customers don't have any leverage at all. It's their way or nothing.
-Finishing surveys and not getting paid. I have sent messages to them before about this, but they just tell me I have to send screen shots of the survey. But by the time I finish the survey, there are not any screenshots that identify which survey it is.
-Their site does not work with a VPN, which is very irritating. All the other survey sites I use don't have that problem.
-I have opened cases with them to try and clear some of these matters up, and it takes them 2 weeks + to respond. I have never received a positive response. It's always something I have done wrong, not them. Overall they have lost my trust and I will not be back. Just trying to warn everyone I can to stay away.

I completed a task on Freecash exactly as required and submitted clear proof – screenshots, ID, and later a full video. Still, the reward was denied. The task was completed immediately after another one under identical conditions, which was tracked and paid. There's no technical explanation for the discrepancy. Major concerns: My video proof was never viewed (confirmed by analytics – 0 views) The promised escalation to a "higher team" never happened – I was simply contacted again by the same or similarly-ranked staff Previous issues showed a similar pattern: payout only after repeated follow-ups, or not at all Real concerns were ignored; responses were just copy-paste templates I've already submitted a formal complaint with legal references and a deadline. Freecash has not responded meaningfully. This appears to be a pattern of avoiding rightful payouts by ignoring evidence – which contradicts both their own terms and basic principles of fair dealing. At this point, I can't recommend this platform.

ㅤ Ich habe eine Aufgabe auf Freecash vollständig und nachweislich abgeschlossen. Trotzdem wurde mir die Vergütung verweigert – obwohl ich mehrere Beweismittel eingereicht habe (Screenshots, Spieler-ID, später auch ein vollständiges Video). Die Aufgabe wurde direkt im Anschluss an eine andere erledigt, die korrekt erkannt und vergütet wurde – technisch war alles identisch. Besonders problematisch: Die angeblich „erneute Prüfung" erfolgte, ohne dass das angebotene Videomaterial angefordert oder angesehen wurde – laut YouTube-Statistik 0 Aufrufe Support versprach eine Eskalation an eine höhere Instanz, aber es meldeten sich nur dieselben Mitarbeiter erneut – echte Prüfung fand nicht statt Frühere Fälle zeigen ein ähnliches Muster: Auszahlung erst nach mehrmaligem Einspruch oder gar nicht Inhaltliche Argumente wurden ignoriert, stattdessen kamen nur Textbausteine Ich habe inzwischen eine rechtliche Stellungnahme mit Fristsetzung eingereicht. Die Plattform zeigt jedoch keine Bereitschaft zur Aufarbeitung.
Das lässt vermuten, dass systematisch versucht wird, Nutzer um verdiente Vergütungen zu bringen – entgegen den eigenen Nutzungsbedingungen und grundlegenden Vertragsprinzipien. Aus meiner Sicht aktuell nicht empfehlenswert.
