As someone who isn't very cyber savvy but trying to learn without nearby help available I'de have thought an app that has a public profile like freecash, with links in-app to contact support, would actually have competent support staff that know how to help and support users. Nope, not the case, after a couple months trying to figure out the app and offers, approx 10 offers tried, all offers not operating/rewarding correctly so I tried to ask support for help. I am disappointed to say that the AI bot is hopeless, the rare humans I got to try chat with either gave vague support messages that read like its cut-n-paste from a textbook, or I got a completely incorrect answer that put me behind in the offers with support not helping until too late with a reply similar too 'dah im sorry you are frustrated, please try this troubleshoot' and then repeated. Hopeless!

Most of the surveys disqualify me after a few questions, saying I'm not the right fit, which is really frustrating and time-wasting. As for the game offers, they require hours or even days of gameplay to earn just a few cents. Many games eat up a lot of storage space on my phone, and it often takes several days to reach the required level to get credited. Even then, sometimes the system doesn't track the progress correctly, and I have to submit a support ticket to get what I earned. Overall, it's a lot of effort for very little reward.

However, there are things they can do better. 1st thing would be the surveys and how alot of them have broken links or do not work properly. So you will do the survey and then it would stop or freeze so you don't get money. 2nd, it should not take 7 days to get a dollar or whatever money you earned. The turnaround time needs to be shorter. Chances are if you are playing you need money, and waiting 7 days is ridiculous.

Playing from Australia as advertising's showing it supports Australian's.
Yet, when claiming rewards, the currency is AUD to claim which is much more expensive and on top of that, the visa is in USD, which means the value is reduced again!

Absolutely disgusting, made me wait well over a week by asking the same question and not actually reading what I requested, finally got back to me and couldn't give a reason why they could not pay the levels reach.

Have had a few offers finish early which has been very annoying as you put so much work into it and then don't get to complete the better paying tasks. Also they missed payments on tasks I did complete and never heard back from the support team when I questioned it. These never used to happen with freecash and support was always prompt.
