Played a game offer. Met the condition but the reward did not credit. Opened a support ticket and provided proof that condition was met. Support ticket was closed and appeal was declined without any reason given as to why. Contact support via chat to inquire. Was told that the appeal was declined by advertiser and there was nothing FreeCash could do.

Not being new to the game. (I was)
Not finishing the condition within the time limit. (I did and provided proof)
Using a VPN (I did not)
