Because Now a days freecash is not taking any responsibility about thirty offers provider. I have completed some offers when my rewards are not provided so I ask freecash to take steps so that i het my rewards but they are saying it's between me and offerwall! Then why did u add those kind of partner where we can't take any steps.
It's really hurt me. We use are valuable time but if freecash say they can't take any responsibility then we shouldn't use that kind of app😞

It appears that you got a chargeback. These occur when an offerwall decides to take back the rewards for an offer. We aren't told the reasons why it charged back, but common explanations are: repeating offers, completing offers via VPN or inconsistent answers on surveys. Typically, we allow a few chargebacks, so no need to worry unless you begin to receive many. Considering that you are a very high level user at level 800 and have only received a couple of them, I wouldn't worry about them.
