I was told that I had to wait to receive my spin in the Christmas's event, that I had to wait for it to be manually added to my account. Afterward I've been told that video offers didn't count (even if it wasn't written in the details of the event a specific type was or wasn't approved). Now another event is started, same things, no rule or restrictions about offers types. I received my spin this time. They still don't want to give me my spin telling me that they can't give it manually to me since it was for the last event. But they never respected their words on giving my spin last time, even lied to me so they didn't credit it to me. They lured me to cash my point from offers there (even if they are paying less than other offers website) and didn't respected their part of the « contract »/deal. Now I'm feeling scammed.
I have finished on more than one occasion different activities downloaded so many apps, and done what I was supposed to do for the requirements and still somehow all of my stuff gets denied! And don't even try to reach out to customer support because they don't even bother getting back to you a waste of time for sure

My account was banned because it detected a vpn use my device. I had activated the vpn for other stuff and had forgot to turn it off before logging into my Freecash account. Their system detected it and I was banned later on. I reached out to support but my appeal was rejected

Iv had an account with you guys for a while and it's something I look forward too during downtime The last few months have been dismal as far as being paid from offerwall I must have 30 fairly large completed tasks they are refusing to pay I mean online casino tasks I first speak with our support Then fill out all the documents while gathering any photo evidence there may be and wait a month usually to receive a reply It's always the same You filled out the forms incorrectly You need to fill them out again Another month passes Finally they just assume you may have given up and basically tell you where to go There doesn't seem to be any leverage we can use on them to keep them honest

I only gave it 4 stars because there are times when you can complete the entire survey to then find out that your's doesn't match criteria or they've met their quota. As far as I am concerned, if you complete the entire survey you should receive the payout (unless of course you have violated a rule like lying or speeding thru). Overall, this app is worth your time.
