I have used Freecash for a few years and am now around lv1600. Freecash used to be pretty good, offers are genuine and support is quite helpful, but now things have turned worse dramatically.
Now there are plenty of scam offers on the site, even for "Freecash Exclusive" offers, they ask you to make a deposit then don't credit you for the offer. If you create a ticket, they will just reject it regardless how many evidence you provide.
Other than that, even if you're lucky enough and got credited for the offer, they will offer be put in pending for days if not for a month.
I'm not here to promote other sites, but there are other similar sites I'm using, and they always credit me for the offer or release the credit sooner if so can provide strong evidence.
There are plenty of competitors now, Freecash needs to find a way to keep their customer satisfaction. People are here to make pocket money, they don't want play roulette on offers, not knowing whether they will be paid after spending money on an offer, or waiting for days for the credit to be released.

Requires KYC with face video and photo ID required for some withdrawals (but they only say that AFTER you've put in hours and hours earning a bunch of money), not cool. They messed up a gift card withdrawal and now say it will takes a couple WEEKS to fix the issue. I will keep with it, but only a little at a time and only small withdrawals.
