I have problem with the Verisoul which promt me directly to an error message about "have to allow access to camera and microphone" after I hit Start Verification without gove me a screen to allow the access. I did it many time and it happens the same. I even screen record what I did to show exactly what happens but the customer service person kept saying it is my problem,y device not their and leave.

The site has access to a lot of offers and pay real money, but the ad partners more times than not do not give the advertised rewards. You have to constantly appeal them and each time they respond, it takes 3 days and they keep giving you the run around. When you contact free cash about the issue, they tell you they can't do anything about partners offerwall. Eventually you just get tired of attempt after failed attempt to get your money

However, you should receive the money you earned from the offers you complete, as long as you maintain aligned with the terms of service of both Freecash and the offerwalls. The tickets you submitted should get credited unless the offerwall deemed the completion of the offer illegitimate.

This place rips you off they are actually breaking the law because they have to help you when you fail to get a rewards and they have a policy that they don't reach out to offerwall in behalf of users that makes no sense to have a policy that stops you from helping with the what is the main objective the website is for and that is to earn rewards I've come to the conclusion that they steal some of your rewards because they know dam well that offerwalls don't respond to claims and they only respond wit a bot with automated responses that don't help either. That is the only reason that makes sense to why they offer no assistance on users behalf but they are quick to place hold on rewards that get do get released bunch a bs
