I completed a 50 dollar offer, only to not have it rewarded. I then submitted a ticket to prove I completed it. Apparently, though, the "proof" I needed to submit was an image uploaded to some obscure website, and then that website link needed to be attached. No image can be uploaded to said website. I tried several ways, in several different formats. I have an image showing proof, but they intentionally make it impossible to actually submit this proof. I then submitted the ticket anyways, specifying that I have proof but cannot upload it, and would like a chance to send it if I could. The ticket was then rejected. I then reached out to their customer service chat box explaining what happened, sending the image that shows proof of completion, to which I got the response "...rejected tickets are no longer eligible for appeal. Our policy states that they are considered final. Is there anything else I can assist you with?".
They intentionally deny you offers, after wasting weeks completing them, so you try to submit tickets, where you can't submit proof, so they can reject your ticket, and then tell you there's nothing they can do because the ticket was rejected. Don't waste your time.
They banned me for no reason. But they unbanned me pretty quickly after I messaged them. Kind of insulting but whatever :)

Any cash withdrawals $10 or lower is approved instantly, anything higher, it'll take up to 30 - 60 minutes to be approved
1st time using free cash. Trying to call 10$ Amazon card. I like the app, but you have to play the games ALOT to be able.to make any real 💰
As the title states I haven't received any resolution to my issue. Most of my offers don't show up as completed after completing.
