I wasn't reimbursed for reaching specific levels. I reached out to customer service, which consisted of uploading pictures to a different online format (no actual person). It was denied due to not being able to provide proof, or proof of cheating.

I am not able to redeem any of the cash that I have on the site. I've tried to take it out and Amazon gift cards and been denied. I've been trying to take it out on PayPal cash and been denied. I am starting to think that this is all a scam and it was a waste of my time. I do not recommend this at all, unless you like getting screwed over.
