Been awarded most of the money I've earned, but about $40 was not awarded when I completed the requirements.
I follow the rules, complete whole survey, play hundreds of levels of games, only to have the reward fail and no simple way to fix it without investing more time in screenshotting just to be denied twice. I won't use this site for long, looking into others that do better.
It does give really money but only when it works. I played a game and got to a goal within the time frame but was not awarded the money. Missed out on $36 so far.

I do prefer this app over others. The reason I rated 3 is because the task needs to be more transparent and easier to understand. Also im not a fan of the page layout. I think it needs to be easier to navigate the page.

I started an offer on Freecash, the rewards were decent and I felt as though I could complete them in a timely manner. However, after around 5 days of starting the offer, the tasks for the same game had changed, giving different rewards for a range of different tasks. By this time, I had already made in-game purchases and put quite a few hours into progressing through the tasks. After noticing I had not received any rewards days after completing the tasks, I submitted a ticket where the original tasks were still available. I filled in these tickets with screenshot evidence, yet they were denied by support. Quite disappointed as it was the one game out of a few offers that I put most of my time into, and made in-game purchases for the purchase bonus offers. Despite this, other games I have completed have been completely compensated for, but I put nowhere near as much time nor money into them.

What most likely happened is that a new version of the offer came out, however the old one can still be completed with the requirements that were there when you started it. I've actually earned real money for playing the games. Not like pennies either. Really fun!
I use Revolut for withdrawal from Freecash. It wasn't available one time and I ended up using Airtm, not knowing about that app. Now my funds are stuck there because Airtm does not allow any bank transfers from the US, especially New York. I was told by a rep from Freecash that I could resend the funds back to Freecash but I am not allowed to interact with the user on Airtm's side. As I explained, people play games and take time reaching certain goals in order to make money, we also have to sit and watch countless ads in order to make money. The least thing Freecash can do is help out as soon as possible when certain issues happen to help those who use their app.
