There were some issues with not being credited for completing an offer but for the most part you're able to appeal them. They give legitimate cash rewards.

The support team has been dreadful. Just simply using copy & paste generic replies as if they're working for Amazon. If you have a specific issue, like my account did, where the verification link wouldn't show, they're useless. After over 65 days of trial and error, I finally got my payout.
