The rewards for the games can be great and very rewarding when they work. However about half of the games don't register. Some games you enter into look like your connected but never get the rewards. Sucks playing a game for 2-3 hours to find out that the rewards aren't being accepted.

I played my first game, Bingo Blitz, all the way through. The rewards were good and I successfully cashed out some money. However, the biggest reward didn't track properly despite me completing it well within the timeframe and all of the other goals tracked just fine. I contacted support who at first denied the request with no explanation. Then I spoke to someone and was told twice my request was approved and the funds were available. When I couldn't see the money I contacted them again to be told actually the request was denied.
In the end I progressed further in the game anyway as I enjoyed it and the goal tracked on its own. So even though I had done it and shown support evidence they wouldn't do it and I had to get even further than the goal stated.

Never had an issue with redeeming and with offers apart from the cash grab offers where they make it impossible to complete and fill the games with loads of ads, there may be a way to report the offer but I'm unable to see anything like that.
