I've been playing for 3 months and tried to withdraw for the first time. I had issues verifying my account through my phone. The support team worked with me for several days as I was trying to get things to work. They stayed patient and eventually helped me to solve my problem.
Payouts are prompt if gift card is in stock, had few issues with games not being tracked, most are credited after using a support ticket, but long wait for these to be credited, also even once providing screenshot some credits are not rewarded with no explanation as to why. An example of this would be reach level 13 to be credited, so after reaching level 10 goal and level 20 goal which both are credited after using support tickets, level 13 was declined, very strange but no reason for not being credited and no way I can see that I can query this either.
Also I find surveys a complete waste of time and effort as very rare you will find one that you can do till completion for the credits, as in most cases after answering few questions sent back to freecash.com as not qualified for the survey.
Not all negative though, as said payouts are instant, game choices are OK but not updated regularly, can use multi reward partners and most offer credits straight away on completion of tasks.
Also daily double or nothing ladder is good way to engage daily to site, I have actually won top prize on this once too.
If rating the site out of 10 it would be 7 as little improvements can make this even better for returning players
