Again I wanted to withdraw money clicked on new option of visa. Then I realized I don't have my Visa card and that it will give me some kind of Visa card in dollars that I don't need and wound be able to use. I never did cash out and just wanted to go the old way through pay pal. But those funds were already off my account. So now my account doesn't have that money but they have never been cash out as well. I can't reverse this anyhow. There are just stuck there. And the helpline was a nightmare. First the bot chat - useless, secondly I finally was transferred to a person, and they just simply never got in contact with me… so now I literally just lost money and time
A lot of game offers were "not available to my region" (Zambia). Never got a single survey. After fighting tooth and nail to gain what I could… I only made $10. And I have no usable offers left

You guys decided, without reason, to deny my payout for a completed 50$ task. When I spoke with customer support I was told, they didn't know the cause for the denial and they couldn't fix it. Wasted a week and 15$ of my own money, you guys got me good, disgraceful.

At first I was hesitant. I saved up my points and then panicked that perhaps it was going to be another app that scams you. *THANKFULLY IT IS NOT A SCAM* I was able to cash out. After a simple verification.

I'm quite frustrated, as I had an offer to spend in real life money to get a credit that equaled more on freecash. I completed the offer and a few other offers during my time waiting, and 2 of the 3 support requests got denied after waiting for support for 19 days 😵💫 I'm still waiting on the last support item to belooked over. The weird thing is too they don't tell you why it was denied. Honestly a little shady.

I have had some issues but over all I enjoy this sites
They keep refusing to pay rewards without any detailed explanation. I spent money and hours completing tasks, but suddenly, they didn't track, and I didn't get rewarded. I submitted a ticket and provided every detail with evidence showing I completed the task within the timeframe, but they kept saying, 'We can't provide details, but we can't pay.' The unpaid rewards have now exceeded $200. They never pay for bigger rewards. Don't waste your time and money.

Freecash used to be good, but they changed their odds structure so the streaks and daily bonuses now are always $0. Support is worthless and can never/will never help other than to just make excuses - usually blame the survey or the offer partner and tell you to contact them. Freecash also takes a percentage from Paypal cashouts which no one else does. Mostly just frustrating to use now.

Great experience, fun and easy for anyone wanting to make a little extra money.
I recently spent $200 to receive a gift card and it hasn't shown up yet. While I'm sure it will appear eventually, there is no place that I can find to check on it's status. I have also experienced several times where points weren't credited when I completed the task. And I don't know how to let you know. I also love playing Match Factory and there are times when it doesn't show on my list of games. Other than that, I love the challenges to reach goals! I'd seen cash for game play apps advertised in various places but never gave much thought to trying them out. I'm so glad I did! FreeCash is just what it claims to be: you play games, you earn cash. I've been using it for a few months and have earned a few hundred dollars so far. At first, I played games pretty frequently. That dwindled a bit and includes a couple of weeks where I didn't play at all. For the time I've spent playing games, I'm happy with the amount of money I earned.
The app is easy to use. You download games through the app (it will take you to your Google Play Store if you're an Android user). There are also surveys you can take to earn money. Be sure and read the details for each game at the bottom of the game's page to see how long you have to complete the list of tasks. Most games are 30 or 60 days, some are 90. You can earn money for making in app game purchases, too.
Cashing out is easy. You can do this various ways: directly to your bank account or PayPay or you can get your rewards as gift cards for various vendors: Amazon, Visa Pre Paid card, Google Play or Apple. Note that there is a 7 day wait period before your cash is available. This is done to prevent fraud. You can see a list of your earnings (listed as the individual offers you complete for each game) and when they'll be available on the Cashout page. It also keeps a list of your withdrawls (or cashouts). You can cashout in various set dollar amounts: $5, $10, etc. There is a small fee withheld for bank transfers, but it's minimal.
One other cash earning note,: be sure to go to the Rewards page daily. Here you can get a daily bonus & - on days where you earn enough - an additional earning bonus. Both are few a few cents each, but it adds up especially if your consistent with it.
Overall, if you're looking to earn extra cash and enjoy playing games on your phone, FreeCash is worth it. It's easy to use and there's no BS with it. What more could you ask for?
