Gotta spend money to make money. 4 stars cause it takes 2 weeks to get the reward money which is a little long. Plus the 2 to 4 days to actually get to your bank after withdrawal. The 5% fee sucks for bank withdrawal too. But visa virtual gift card goes in right after withdrawing after 14 days to claim your reward so if you utilize that it works pretty good-
