I am extremely disappointed with how Franciscan has handled serious concerns that directly impact member safety.
Multiple complaints were filed with Jill (Fitness Center Director) and Gayla (Integrity & Compliance), and several messages were left with the corporate office. I also called *******385 to report a concern, but the phone system repeatedly routed me to the 6th-floor nurse station. When I explained that I had a complaint, the nurse laughed and indicated this was not unusual. Despite repeated attempts, none of my complaints have been acknowledged or addressed.
Several reports involved a personal trainer, including inaccurately advertised or possibly falsified certifications, alleged drug activity within the facility, a documented incident involving this individual, and what I believe was discriminatory treatment of my wife, including banning her from the facility. These concerns call into question whether Franciscan conducted proper employment verification and credential checks.
Franciscan states it has zero tolerance for drugs and promotes affiliation with the Medical Fitness Association; however, the lack of investigation, communication, and accountability does not reflect those standards. Members deserve transparency, professionalism, and a safe environment. This experience has significantly undermined my trust in Franciscan's commitment to member safety, ethical practices, and responsible management. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend Franciscan to others in the community.

Furthermore, their facebook page continues to produce questionable posts.
