If I have to pay for shipping under $150, delivery should be faster. Prices are usually pretty good, but availability seems to be an issue often. I usually go between these guys and 2 other discounters when shopping for fragrances. I generally end up purchasing@ FragranceBuy more often because of my points. I would probably end up spending more if I could stack my discounts.
Overall my experience has been good. I've had some issues with mislabeled products but the customer service was really great. The overall experience is fantastic and user friendly.
I purchased Jo Malone from Fragrance Buy in the past without issue. This last order, the box, bottle, cologne color, label was not the Original JM I have always purchased from you or the stores. And the cologne had no scent and was darker in color. This is clearly not authentic. I have sent the help email address 2 emails and yet to have any response on resolving this problem on this order as you have all the information in your inbox. I await your reply and resolution of this problem.
It was a great experience shopping from FragranceBuy, shipping was average but scents were all exceptional, nothing but the best. Prices were the best of the best and quality was amazing. 100% authentic colognes and top deals and prices. Will continue to do business with them. Only improvement could be the shipping times however that was quite alright.
FrangranceBuy is the real deal! All fragrances are genuine, the prices are great and customer support is attentive and responds very quickly. I had been eagerly waiting for them to be able to ship to the EU and have ordered many times since then. WiIl continue to do so as my wishlist is a mile long! Strongly recommend!

Best one stop shop for all perfumes. I have made 2 purchases but larger orders. They have the best prices in comparison and great sales although not frequent. The only thing that's frustrating is out of stock items.

The packaging, delivery, etc provided by your company was excellent. My dissatisfaction is that the edt was very dissimilar to previous bottles purchased that you wouldn't recognize it as the same parfum. I did direct comparisons. This new version, of which I purchased 2 bottle smells like cheap hair spray. Not something I will likely use. I understand this is the manufacturers responsibility not yours, however the inconsistency is frustrating.

I'm still on the fence about the frag itself, it was a blind buy. But, fragbuy had a great deal on it. While shipping was not free, it was fast, and the packaging was excellent. Worth the wait from across the border.
The delivery was very quick and all my fragrances I bought were all packed very nicely in their own custom box with safety seals on it. Everything came in Good condition as ordered, and the discounts and shipping costs were phenomenal. Great service!
