Beware of this company!
Beware of this company! They are great at signing you up for everything but try and return the machine because you have closed down your business.Impossible.Salesman confirmed that we were not under a lease.Also we never signed any paper indicating that we were under AUTO-RENEWAL. Made us sign a blank contract which they assured us was for 12 months and they go back to their offices and write 72 months on the contract.
Simply want to return machine and cancel the contract - why i have to pay outstanding balance? We havent been using it since long time ago,just sits in a garage.
Avoid this so called company at all costs

Very poor customer service- took weeks to reply to an issue we had- Also Ties company's into a 5 year contract - AVOID
Avoid fpmailing.co.uk of Bury they pushed me into a franking machine which ended up costing me more than my previous solution. Tried to complain and told me i signed the contract and was happy at the time and its not their fault prices have increased.
Terrible company and service
Awful service please be aware.
They charge extortionate prices to lease equipment and in our case we could have purchased 3 folder inserter machines so please be careful and get them to explain all the options i. E Purchase. Lease Rental and Lease Purchase
