Do not buy from this company online! Customer service is a joke! They don't reply to emails. I ordered 2 bags, arrived after a month although when i placed the order they mentioned it would take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered.I returned an item because it was different from what i saw on their website. It's been a month now and I haven't received a refund. I tried calling them, emailing them, no respond. And their live chat is a joke they never answer.Horrible!
This company is a joke, their customer service is the worst I've ever seen anywhere in the world. They lie, play games, hang up on you and refuse to do anything about your issue. I will do whatever I can to take down fossil in a class action lawsuit. Wish me luck
I recently ordered several items from Fossil, they charge my card and sent a confirmation, a few days later get a shipping notification for only one item. I check my credit card and see a reversal. I reach out via messenger and get the run around telling me the order is not cancelled but cannot tell me when if ever I will receive my items. They then tell me the items (all 5) are out of stock yet they are still on the website being advertised as available. The customer service provided was terrible and no solution or honestly offered. Buyer beware.
I was lucky enough to bump into problems BEFORE spending money. I wanted to order a watch and was offered $25 discount, on the website and via email (multiple codes). None of them worked, customer service ignored my inquiry and they keep sending emails with the same false discount. All in line with the other customers' experience.
I wanted a hybrid watch, the concept and look of which I absolutely love. When my watch finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was shipped without its charger. I waited on chat for an hour because it said I was fifth in line, but when I got to #1, I was informed that there was no one to take my chat (which made me wonder, why did it take so long to get to #1?). I called the 800 number included on my receipt. The gentleman there was very nice, but it was clear he could do nothing but forward my "request" for a charger to someone else and send me a code for 20% off my next purchase (WHY would there be a next purchase at this point?). Next I got an email asking me for more information, to which I received no reply. Finally, I posted a 1 star review on the Fossil site outlining this issue and got an email stating that they would be figuring out my charger issue and updating me soon... haven't heard from them for over a week (except that they sent me a survey asking about what I thought of their customer service... guess what I said?)
I bought a watch online, turns out it didn't fit. I had to return it so I went to the store. One of the ladys there said I couldn't return it at the store, it had to be by mail. I call customer service, they said it could be returned at the store. I went back, another lady helped me. She called customer service and requested a shipping label. They said she would mail it out and I have to wait for it to get there in order to get my money back. Mind you, I had already bought a new watch at the store the first time I went to ask to return my item. I'm never buying online again. Too complicated the process while most of the stores process your refund to your card the same day with a receipt proof.
Fossil has the worst customer support,
They hang on me during the call
I called to cancel the order that I just put.
I called three times and each time they just ignored me
Good quality of watches with reasonable price, don't order online, with watches you have to go to store and that is the only way to buy a good watch.
I like Fossil watches, I have been wearing them for years and I think prices are affordable, but I am not that confident about their support team and ordering online. I did couple times and every time was someting, waiting for watch to arrive more then it was said.
The order was processed and sent very quickly, we are satisfied, thank you very much.
Everything is great and on time!
I send my watch for repair i bought from a trusted retail store with a good price (Harvey Norman) since the watch is very old. But when it suddebly has problems, i sent for warranty and they said "WARRANTY VOID CAUSE ITS MY PROBLEM". Yoo wtf i came from a long way to your place thru and forth and you give me this crappy details? Is this FOSSIL COMPANT how you get more money in the verge of BANKRUPTCY? Its from Fossil Malaysia
A brand new hp wallet from Fossil gave way when used for the first time. Not my first purchase but definitely my last! What was so discouraging and frustrating was taking it to the Suntec outlet to be told they do not do repairs. Interestingly enough they hand out a SHUKEY card as an alternative. And i thought to myself, they are indeed well-prepared for these complaints. All 3 staff stand behind the counter (strength in numbers), cold and expressionless, with zero customer service. Poor training of very young staff.
In frustration, i requested for the customer service contact to report this and on the card handed to me, found a service centre number and an email address.:{
I am sorry, but i am not surprised their stores are empty!
Ordered three items from the online store, all three were available at the time of purchase. After few days one item was just cancelled from the order with no explanation. Additional to that the initial delivery date was moved by 5 days (delayed). Eventually UPS tried to deliver when no one was at home, and sent straight away to the collection point.
This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.
Let's start with I bought my husband a fossil watch for his birthday. He was only able to wear the watch for 2 weeks before it overheated, and we couldn't get it to charge or turn on. I called the customer service line and they tried to get me to factory reset and nothing worked. They had me pay for shipping to ship it back which I did on February 18,2022. I was advised that it would take 3-5 weeks to send a replacement. It was finally shipped on March 16th with an estimated arrival date of March 18th. By March 24th I called and was told to give it time these things happen and was given a case number. I called again on March 29th and again was told to give it time it was due for delivery that day. Called again on March 30th and was advised they would report it lost and to call back that Friday which I did on April 1st. Here we are April 13th and yet my husband is STILL without a watch. The customer service team isn't helpful at all. I have money just sitting out there that I paid for a watch that is no where to be found. They haven't offered to give me the money back or to send another watch only a GIFT CARD. Like Why would I want to keep using your company after it's taken this long for a WARRANTY claim replacement watch!
I was buying my boyfriend a watch for our anniversary it was expensive and special I engraved it etc. When it came to checkout I saw that all the shipping options showed the same arrival date except the other two were more expensive. Since the watch was expensive I didn't see the point in spending $20 for the package to arrive on my anniversary/ same day as free shipping would so I didn't choose that option. On the 6th, it gets pushed to the 8th, and on the 8th it never shows but it tells me the gift is only an hour away and will be delivered on the 9th. Then gets pushed a third time to the. Wait for it. The 12th. I then check and see where the package is because it was only one hour away. It's now passed my location by an hour in the state that requires passing my location to arrive to. When I tell you I'm pissed I mean I'm beyond pissed. It's just so ridiculous it's funny. This means that if Fossil knows you got free shipping not only did they lie about it arriving that day - they specifically send it through FedEx in the slowest method possible literally it's called Smartpost. Because they didn't make the $20 in shipping? Be a better company then. Maybe you wouldn't have to send through crappy shipping services since they weren't paid extra for shipping and it's the cheapest option for them. Clearly if they were honest about the dates, I would have paid for faster shipping, but why would I pay for shipping when Fossil told me it was arriving the same day one day shipping would?
Apparently, if you try to write a negative review for their product, they will simply block you. That's why they have a high rating for their low-quality product! I do not have any adblocker or active extension on my browser!
10 months and 16 days of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I placed numerous phone calls, waited on hold, got transferred to ten buck two, then finally got ahold of someone from the store just to tell me to call a separate company for the return of the BROKEN watch I bought. Called said company, they told me to send my original receipt, all with tags, watch and everything I had. 3 months later I received my watch bag in what is essentially a ziploc baggy. No receipts, no tags, no bag, no box, no charger and no manual. Bonus: watch was still BROKE and didnt work. We do this whole scenario one more time to see if they can fix my brand new watch because they dont give refunds. I send it back, it returns 4 weeks later, BROKEN and still in an empty non protective bag. From here I go on a series of phone calls and 33 emails back and forth to the company where I have to tell them who I am, what is going on and why I still dont have a watch that turns on. Finally on month 6 I have a 48 min conversation with a cust service rep and she tells me, I will get an in store credit for this. So I can buy another watch and possible have to go through this customer service again? HARD PASS! I encourage her to understand that this is not what will be taking place. She says they will send me a Gift card and hangs up. 2 months goes by, nothing. I reach out again, now at month 8 and the lady and I go through the whole shpiel and she says I will get a refund, finally! I tell her, I appreciate her verbal but need it written because I dont trust it. She confirms and sends me an email while on the phone with her that states I will be getting a refund check for $350 the full amount of the original cost of this watch and it will be here in 8 weeks or so. Check come two weeks later for $212. So I email. They ask for a copy of the check. I scan it in and send. 3 weeks goes by. Nothing. I reach out again, we are now at over 10 months of this problem. John tells me Im not getting the $350 because my receipt before tax doesnt say $350. Holy crap! So I send him the proof of what the cust service rep told me and wrote me, for $350. He doesnt care. Clearly he doesnt understand what customer service means. I am a 3x business owner. I get it, he doesnt. If time is money then I have wasted about $2,000 worth of phone calls, being put on hold, copying receipts and tags, explaining to 50 different people what the problem was, driving to UPS, mailing them the watch twice now, I was sent back a BROKEN watch twice, never got a watch that worked, they took everything my watch came with including the box, bag, charger, manual, everything, never and still havent returned it plus 33 emails back and forth. 11 months and countless hours wasted, to leave with a partial refund, NO WORKING WATCH and hands down the worst experience in cust service Ive ever experienced. Case end point, so not buy from Fossil. If you do, pray nothing ever breaks!
I ordered a Smart watch for my husband for Christmas Nov 28 I received an email confirming the order and that I should receive a shipping confirmation soon, or if something was wrong with the order I'd receive an email too. I emailed costumer service last week because I haven't heard from them either way, they never got back to me. I had to talk to two different online customer service representatives to finally be told I had to call customer service and they stopped responding back to the online chat. I called customer service and they reported that the order was cancelled because my IP address didn't match my CC address and they the last names were different from my order and the email address I used. My last name changed due to getting married. I'm so frustrated that they didn't send me any notification that there were things wrong with the order and now it's too late to try and fix it before Christmas. I will never order or shop through Fossil again.
I ordered an item on 12/10, and it was paid for thru PayPal. Per the website, the item should have been delivered today (12/13) I never rec'd a confirmation email, and have been unable to log back onto the Fossil site. I called customer service and was connected with a complete moron, who was no help at all. Couldn't find my email address, and went on a tirade about PayPal. I cannot get anyone to help me in any matter, at Fossil. I have had to initiate a refund / cancellation of my order thru Paypal. Worst experience I've ever had with ANY online retailer.
On 11/28/21, we went to the Fossil store in the Woodlands mall in The Woodlands, Texas. We had stepped in to look at the men's wallets. We were greeted by Kyara... one of the most pleasant customer service representatives we've met in a long time. Not only did Kyara help us to find the perfect wallet for family member #1, but because we found the service to be so thoroughly helpful, comfortable, and informative, we ended up purchasing two more wallets, which were not planned at all when we walked in. We were excited to learn that initials could even be embossed into the wallets to make them personal. Katherine embossed all three, did a fantastic job, and was just as sweet as she could be. Over all, our visit to this Fossil store was wonderful and so much more than we could have expected during the busy Christmas season!
