I got redirected accidentally online I have no clue it was late and I wasn't paying attention I worked with these people before such a SCAM! I ordered flowers for a friend late last night for Christmas when I checked my email this morning and saw the name I'm like omg HELL NO! I called to cancel which took like 30 min what a nightmare I made sure they send me an email stating it was cancelled and that my Visa card would be credited I'm sure this again will be a fight! I said DO NOT deliver the flowers because their arrangements are so bad what do they do? They deliver it! Omg what a crappy job! I'm so embarrassed I specifically said NO carnations I hate them! One rose is dead already pisses me off! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE it is a scam! First photo is what I ordered 2nd photo is what they delivered despite me stating I did NOT WANT the flowers!
One star is a huge and undeserved praise for the ForYouFlowers, please let us rate by "negative stars": -*** (minus three stars) would be about right. Disorganized, uncaring, constantly lying, overcharging, with a terrible "multilayered" time-wasting support, and... does one call it a fraud or a thievery when ordering a nice bouquet with over a dozen roses and they deliver four fading roses and a carnation? DON'T ORDER FROM LIARSOrdered Mother's Day flowers for my daughter two weeks early who just became a mother.They charged my credit card immediately. I am staying at my daughters and flowers never arrived. I called and was disconnected twice, I then sent an email at 7pm asking where are the flowers. I was sent an email back that they tried to deliver flowers but no one was home and the location was not safe to leave. THIS COMPANY LIES. We haven't left the house in two weeks. I was so sad that my daughter got nothing from me when she really could have used this pick me up. I now have to try to get my money back at difficult time to be dealing with this horrible company. I called on Friday 2/10 to have a flower basket arrangement sent to the Funeral Home for my sister's funeral which was the next day at 10am and I asked them to have it delivered by 9:30am. I got my confirmation number and so I thought everything was straight. The next morning at 11:43 someone called me from the business telling me that the flower arrangement was not delivered and would it be alright to deliver it to my nieces home. I told her no it was suppose to be at the funeral home already. Then she asked could it be sent to me so I could give it to her.I said no I'm in another state it was no way possible. I just cancelled my order and I am very hurt and disappointed. I will never use this establishment again.
Placed an order before noon on Monday, paid extra to have it delivered sometime Tuesday. Tracking updated showing it would be delivered on Wednesday, so I got online to the chat, have conversations with TWO different employees saying it was guaranteed to be delivered by 7:00 tonight. I have chat transcript from both conversations saying that. It's not past 8:00 and I got on the chat again, this time the employee told me it wouldn't be until Wednesday. That they apologize to give me a 15 percent off coupon. I'll never use it, and I'll be calling customer service first thing in the morning. Over 100 dollars wasted for the flowers to not get here for my anniversary. I learned my lesson and will only shop local now. Never again.
I placed an order for a small bouquet to be delivered to a funeral home the following day. Then I get a call that evening saying they needed 4 hours to create a 35.00 bouquet. I am furious. My brothers funeral and now I can't order elsewhere. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY>
I ordered a dozen roses for my Sister's Birthday. They were, as I was told by Customer Service, would be there TODAY. The flowers are not there, now to be there TOMORROW. Called Customer Service and they were useless is solving the situation.
An up charge of $12 for a PLASTIC liner inside a clear vase. Thought I was buying a candy striped glass vase. Flowers arrived dead. And of course today the flowers are $20 cheaper.
Ordered flowers to be delivered on 12/20/22, same day delivery, got an email the flowers wasn't going to be delivered that day, refunded my same day delivery charge and flowers be delivered today, 12/21/22. Just received an email that the flowers won't be delivered today. They would be delivered tomorrow. I chose to get a refund. At this point the birthday surprise I planned is ruined.
I ordered flowers for my sister at 7 pm the night before her birthday. She had the most beautiful arrangement delivered by noon the next day. They couldn't have done a better job!
Purchased two arrangements, to be delivered on Valentine's Day. First of the problems, they were delivered two days early. Second, upon opening the boxes, the flowers were already wilting/losing pedals. Third, one of the orders was incomplete, missing two gifts. Final issue, is the back and forth needed between customer service, to issue a refund. Discounts start at 5%, then 10%, then 25%, 45% and so on.
Very poor quality control and customer service.
To end my rant, the flowers already made the trash bin in just 4 days. Pathetic.
Ordered flowers... tracking it. States that it will be delivered by 5pm. At 430 I check on the status and it's not delivered. Then a few hrs later I check and the system says delivered. I'm at home the whole time with a camera at my front door... there was NO delivery. Extremely disappointing.
Extremely disappointed with this website they should make sure the companies they choose to work with are capable to fill the orders.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day, they arrive dead without any water bulbs and unacceptable. Today March 2 we received a replacement of the order again dried up no water bulbs and the recourse that we get is 30% off what I paid that's BS don't do business with this company
At 9am I received flowers. I got four roses in a vase. My boyfriend asked where the rest of the roses and the teddy bear were. 5 hours later, the teddy bear showed up. It could fit in the palm of my hand. When I asked what he paid, he said $90. The local grocery store florist that delivered my flowers charges $50 for a dozen roses. When I called to speak to ForYouFlowers they wanted to offer a 10% discount for the "inconvenience." Charging someone twice the price and giving them 1/3 the amount of flowers isn't an inconvenience. It's highway robbery. BEWARE.
I ordered flowers for my mom for her bday and not only were they not delivered on time they were not the arrangement I ordered. I wanted to make it special for her. This is what I ordered vs what I got.
I ordered a specific plant garden for a funeral. I requested a plant garden with a peace lily. The garden was smaller than was pictured and the peace lily was not included. Will not use again.The only redeeming quality was that it was delivered on time.
I was not pleased at all with my order. The flowers that were sent to me looked like they were already dying (as some had black crispy spots around the rim) and not only were they not bloomed several pedals were falling off. It has not even been a week and the flowers are completely drooping. This was my first time ordering from this company and it will definitely be my last. I have gotten better flowers that lasted longer from my local grocery store, so to pay 5x the amount and receive what they sent me was disappointing and unacceptable.
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and Mother's Day. Her birthday was May 9 a Saturday and Mother's Day was May 10 Sunday. On the day they were supposed to be delivered I get an email saying my flowers had just cleared CUSTOMS and would arrive on Monday May 11th. Ow I had to go to my wife and tell her the flowers I ordered on May 6 wouldn't come until May 11. I sent an email to For You Flowers and asked where these flowers were coming from China since they had to clear customs when their ad says they will be delivered by a local florist. I get another email with no explanation about the customs email just sorry for the inconvenience.So needless to say Iwi. Never order flowers from them again and you shouldn't either. Thanks for letting me vent, I really felt bad having to tell my wife on her birthday about this
Answer: They say they will send them when they get fresh flowers. Then I got an email said it was sent that day. I called the person and they were not. I have been trying to get them resent. I have called I don't know how many times and 10 emails later. They keep asking me the same questions, when I just talked to them on the phone.
