I try to contact Donnie the person in charge of my file and he never get back to me. He said he send me emails and phone calls, but I did not get any at that time. I only receive calls from him when I call customer service and upset telling them I would file a complaint over to my credit card company and then he call me, but not in front of his computer, so he cannot really help me. I ask him to call me back later in the day, so we can go forward with my trademark and he did not call me. Very unsatisfied. Also on the research there his a couple mistakes from the lawyer even tough I explain everything to Donnie, I guess he did not pass on the info properly to the lawyer. Not happy at all...
This company came up with U.S. patent office site and seem to be very knowledgeable in their field of expertise! I look very much forward to completing my application in case with their assistance! No complaints here!

Internet research pinned a bow on this company. Paid some up front for what I was told was necessary to get things moving. Statement of confidentialty, patent search, and patent assessment. It stopped there. No patent assessment has been done. I submitted info answering how my product was different from those currently on the market, and submitted pics showing the prototype. Afraid I have been had?
So far, the experience is good. Matters are explained well, and if there are any questions, they are answered promptly. There is no pressure to continue with services, and you may back out at anytime such a feeling is present. You and your idea are respected.
