Forever 21 has been my go to clothing store for about 2 years now. It has some very trendy, dependable clothing for very low prices. Although I have had to return clothes in the past, the return process is very easy and straightforward. Furthermore, they refund you back by giving you store credit, which some people may have a problem with, but it's really not bad. Happy shopping!

I've wanted these cutout shorts from Forever 21 for a while. When I saw them advertised to be the "deal of the day" and have free shipping on a Forever 21 advertisement on Facebook, I clicked it right away. The shorts were full price, so no deal there. But at least they had free shipping, right? Because the advertisement said there would be a free shipping code on the product page, eight? WRONG. No code on there. I called customer service and told them about the advertisement for shorts with free shipping and the woman told me not to worry about it because "it will automatically have free shipping when you check out." I thanked her and hung up. While checking out, I didn't see a free shipping option whatsoever. I called back and told the person about what the previous girl told me. The 2nd girl then told me that I need $21 in order to qualify for free shipping, which was not advertised ANYWHERE. If an advertisement says that these shorts have free shipping with NO MINIMUM then I don't want to have to have a MINIMUM of $21 in the cart. I thanked her and hung up. I added things to my cart so that it added up to at least $21. Still no free shipping option at checkout... I called back and told the 3rd girl what the 1st and 2nd girl told me. She responded by saying "well those girls were right." UM, NO THEY CLEARLY WEREN'T. "But do you want a free shipping code?" Instead of getting angry I accepted the free shipping code. It worked, thank God. The 3rd girl's name was Joan by the way.
The website is stocked with tons of items and I love how it is organized. Boots and bags and accessories are somewhat cheap looking and are of bad quality, but I have not had an issue with their clothes. The clothes are actually very nice but you have to be careful of shrinkage and the images are not very good at showing you the texture or how see-through something is.
I ADVISE you to understand their return policy for online orders: If you want to return items in stores, you will get store credit back. If you want a refund to your card or Paypal account, you must return the items by mail to them and wait about 2 weeks for them to process your order. Final Sale items do NOT get a return or an exchange (of course). They are also very shady when shipping things out as regular priced items, but if you return them, they may refuse it because the same item is suddenly on-sale.
I have a couple pair of jeans from here, they're very comfortable. But they are also very old, and I wanted to get a new pair.
So I went to the only Forever 21 in my town, and all they had in length was 29 inches? They had different waste sizes, but not different height lengths. 29 was too short on me. So I asked a sales associate if they had any other size but 29 inches, and she said they do not carry any other size.
So that's irritating.
I ordered $65 worth of clothing. But when i ordered my laptop autocorrected the adress and mashed two adressed together. As soon as i noticed this I called UPS trying to change the shipping adress, they told me to call Forever 21 and it went back and forth like that for hours. Finally, (after a few weeks of calling back and forth) a customer service associate told me they would resend my order or send me store credit in a gift card. Today i called again wondering where my gift card was. They told me theres nothing they can do. SOO i just lost over $60 which is ridiculous! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone was extremely rude and not helpful at all.
This brand is very famous in teenagers but very difficult to find stuff for young moms who really waanna look cool... but still love to shop.
Reasonable prices, however, you get what you pay for. Fashions for "Forever 21 ages, and people who feel like they are forever 21" I am a shopper and a woman of a certain age, I frequent everywhere, and you can find some good pieces or accessories here 21 or not.
Manager at the moment. Terrible way of the "company" to manage. Associates can no longer get more than 25 hrs a week. Eventually theirs so many associate. Most get 4 to 9 hours per week. Each shift 4 hrs if u r not "cut". Cheap material. Tools given to manage, a 3.7 billion, are ridiculous old compare to guess. Levis. Aero. Now they say they have a newer program but literally rest of stores already work on them and are way more advance. Summary. Hours are terrible for employees. Discount sucks. No real good promotions for customers. No coverage means no customer service means mad customers means no $$$ means cut even more hours. Company sends ridiculously shipment that doesn't fit in store.
Over the past year, my husband and I have attempted to order numerous times on Forever21 online and mysteriously our orders are cancelled immediately after placing them and receiving a confirmation email due to these items being sold out-yet they're still posted on site. Don't waste my time-just take an item off your site or mark it "sold out" as soon as it isn't in stock just like every other store does.
Additionally, when you pay with debit in the store, you will only be issued store credit (even if this means that the cashier mistakingly charged you twice for an item-like me). I loved their clothing and prices, but unfortunately Forever 21 no longer values the customer, their precious time, nor the principal of respecting working citizens (solely issuing "store credit"-total scam!). Sorry Forever 21, I'm taking my business and hard earned money to be spent elsewhere, where there is merchandise and an actual refund can be issued when a customer is not 100% satisfied.
It's a nice store to get fashionable clothing. The prices are ok and because they are kind of cheap the material could be better but it is wearable. The items look like the pictures 97% of the time, the only concern is the size, sometimes they are just a little bit off (but for like a centimeter to two.) Worth giving a try.
If you want to get a piece or two that's forever fun... this is the place. Bought a pair of leggings there that never cease to get compliments. The prices are so low that they are sinful. Not the BEST quality but some of the most fun clothes I have bought!
They totally stepped up their game erg fashion, however it's still cheap fashion. You get what you pay for. Online shopping is easy, I've never had an issue.
Forever 21 Canada has terrible customer service the online service is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous they are rude and seems no one can anwser a simple question. I am officially done with Forever 21.
It has been a month since I returned my product. Haven't received the refund yet. When I placed the order, it got delivered in three days. When I asked them that I didn't wish to keep the product, they collected it the very next day. In the mail which they srnt, they said that i'll receive the refund in 10-15 working days.
I am not shopping from this site ever again.

They have some pretty cheap items sometimes here in the UK, but the best time to shop is definitely when the sales are on, particularly online

The worst of the worst! Purchased clothing online for my teenage daughter. Apparently the teens love the look of the clothing. However the quality is "shabby", Wal-mart makes better clothes. I went to return the items, only to be surprised by the fact that I have to paid for return shipping and will not get my original shipping costs or return shipping refunded. In fact, I won't get a refund on anything, just a store credit! I can't return the items to the items to the store either! The CS rep kept saying "I understand"... you understand What!?, that your store is a scam! She wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor and when I asked for the corporate number, she hesitated. I looked it up and called the number several times, pressed every department and each line automatically disconnected me. Is this store legit? Who has such policies and what major business does not answer their phones. I think they are a big scam!
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!
