After reading all the bad reviews I decided to place my order, biggest mistake! I am very unhappy and really annoyed by all this I will never order online from forever 21!
Alrighty so me and my sister ordered 10 items in total and i've been waiting for 2 weeks by now and yet they still added +8 more days. There's so many forever 21 stores near me still they picked it from Los Angeles. I lived really far away there. And it's ridiculous when they said the shipping days would be "5-10 days." BRUH it's been two weeks by now. My friend also complained because she order their clothes and it came a month later. Forever 21 needs to literally check the reviews and fix the shipping and returns. If they want a good review for their store, they have to fix it and earn it!
Ordered the 12th, shipped out the 14th, but took until the 27th to arrive?! I got standard shipping, but I have NEVER had a package take that long to arrive. So unnecessary! Seems like forever 21 is trying to get away with the cheapest shipping prices possible, even though the buyer pays for shipping. Never again.
I ordered a top & coat from forever 21. Shipping took longer than expected, then I get my package and the top is the wrong color. I called customer service and get a woman, who tells me I must take care of my return online and I won't recieve the item that I originally ordered. She also tells me I cannot return in the store because I did not receive the item I ordered. I ask to speak to a supervisor, and she says "okay but they will tell you the same thing" I agree and she puts me on hold for a very long time. When she returns, she tells me that all the supervisors are busy and she can have them call me back in 24 hours, I tell her that is unacceptable and I will wait. After waiting awhile I hang up and call back. This time I get a man, who verifies all of My information, not once, but twice. Tells me he will send a shipping label to send the item back but once again, I won't recieve the ORIGINAL item that I ordered. Then tells me I need to take a picture of the item and email it to them before I can get a shipping label. I still don't know where I am suppose to email the picture. I really feel if I company messes something up, like SENDING THE WRONG ITEM the company should fix it, I should not have to jump through hoops to get redemption. I will not shop here again.
So I placed and order 2 months ago and still have yet to receive it. I contacted customer support as I got an email package was delivered, but again I don't not recovered it. I was informed they will reach out to fedex and once the claim is settled they will reship my order. After a few weeks I called again and was told fedex denied my claim, as they stated they delivered the package, which I still haven't received. I was then told by the agent that a credit would be issued to me since the items were no longer available. Neatheless to say I have been in contact with this company for over two months and I have not recieved my package or my refund. Please be aware of buying anything from Forever21 online.
I have never had so many issues receiving assistance online. I was trying to utilize the APP15 promotion code for the first time, for over a week and it kept reading as an invalid code. I followed all necessary steps to try using it. I was applying it only to regular priced items, no discounted or sale products. I was only using it on the Canadian app as specified as well. I called and emailed many times and was told different things by three different representatives, none of which were logical or helpful.
First lady: The first lady asked for me to provide a product code. and she said that code could only be qualified to 5 items on the entire Canadian Forever 21 website. I told her there was no way that the promotion code, which specified general regular priced items, could only work for 51 items. She continued to mumble and "search" for something. She then told me to search the "sale" tab, and that the code could be applied for those items. I told her that could not be true, considering the code was reserved only for regular priced items. She continued to mumble, and said that if I search for items, there is a circle at the top right corner of the item showing if the code can be used for that item. I tried while on the phone, and said I could not find any circle. I asked her to provide me with an example. She said "let me take a look." Ten minutes later, the line went dead.
Second assistant: Began as what I thought was more helpful than the first. She clarified if I had in fact download the Canadian Forever 21 app, where I was seeing this promotion code displayed on the website, and a few other questions. When she could not answer those questions, she asked me to re download the app and clear the car, then sign back in or out to fresh the app. I did that, which did not help. She then asked me to take a photo [which i had already done] of the error message. I told her that I would prefer not to communicate further through email and that I required troubleshooting options over the phone, because I never hear back electronically.
I was then transferred to another representative.
Third assistant: asked for me to send him a screenshot while on the phone, which I did immediately. He could not find the email, though it was validated to send through to the provided email address.
They are unprofessional; they are rude, illogical and lazy. A solution was never provided.
Piece of advice: if a customer service agent from this company ever asks you to provide information via email, or that they will, ensure it is done RIGHT THEN AND THERE over the phone. Receive confirmation for everything you need before hanging up, or you will receive no assistance at all. Challenge them in the moment.

I placed an order more then 6 times and it kept getting cancelled for "security" purposes just deliver my $#*!ing order. The card holder placed the order is it my fault that the order keeps getting canceled? None sense I put the right address, billing number or whatever else I'm supposed to put to place the order. I did everything correctly why the $#*! isn't my order getting placed? Also customer services are so not helpful y'all dont do $#*! on god. I'm asking for help how to fix it how to get $#*! done so my order won't get canceled. $#*!ing disgusting y'all gross me the $#*! out honestly. Unhelpful brats. Have blessed day.
Virtually anything I have bought from Forever 21 that has rayon in it has shrunk despite following care directions exactly. Nothing is preshrunk. Don't waste your money.
Bought a sweater for my daughter. It was one of her favorites. Washed it in cold gentle but the red stripe on the sweater ran. We are very disappointed.
I bought a dress from them, it took them OVER A WEEK to ship and even longer for it to arrive! The dress did come and was in good conditions so its a meh.
I submitted my order and immediately noticed the shipping address was wrong when the email confirmation came to me. I called twice and was put on hold, no manager came to the phone. I submitted four emails, not one response back. Needless to say, I never received my order and have not received a credit or a response to any of my emails. They keep sending me surveys, I keep filling them out and nothing. Ridiculous experience. Will never order from them again.
Doesnt have plus sized clothing thats rue21. But they have good looking styles of boots and heels for the fall and there jewlery isnt as good as rue21
I ordered $50 in stuff that they had on a sale. I received a confirmation email that everything went through. With in 24 hours I received another email stating they cancelled my order due to billing issues. When I contacted customer service and went over my billing information everything was correct. They then proceed to tell me it is my credit card, when I told them no its not my credit card and its their screw up, they told me there is nothing they can do and I can re-order the stuff but it wont be at sale price. WORST SERVICE EVER!
I always check this site before I order anything off a clothing website I am unfamiliar with. I'm shocked to see such bad reviews for Forever 21? I've been ordering off this website for YEARS. I have never had any issues. I actually ordered a pair of pants and a top but didn't like it on (sadly I had already removed the tags.) I went to the Forever 21 in Winnipeg and they let me exchange it for something I liked more in the store! The workers are so sweet. The quality of the clothing is good - considering how reasonably pricing this store is. I give it a 5 star. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away - I think Forever 21 is great. ALSO. My package ALWAYS arrives within 4-5 days which I love.
This company's attitude towards their customers has completely deteriorated since I started shopping here years ago. I ordered $200 in merchandise back in June. The package was lost, and Forever 21 refuses to issue me a refund. Their claim with the carrier was denied, but I have called the carrier twice to confirm that both myself AND Forever 21 reported the package as lost. The carrier that Forever 21 chooses to work with is not my concern. Their responsibility is to me as a paying customer. Forever 21's customer service team has been sending me the same generic responses for months telling me to reach out to the carrier to obtain proof that the package was lost so that they can issue me a refund. Today the carrier told me that they couldn't send that documentation of proof to me even if they wanted to because their contract with Forever 21 requires them to deal with these claims with the company, not their customers. Yet Forever 21's own customer service team told me to reach out to them? Their customer service has essentially just been stringing me along, wasting my time, telling me that I need to do A, B, and C in order to get my money back when I now fully understand that they NEVER intended to give me a refund for the merchandise that I never received. I used to spend hundreds of dollars here a year. Most of my clothing was from Forever 21. They have lost my patronage because of this. The quality of their customer service, clothing, and physical locations has completely deteriorated. I will never recommend that anyone shop with them.
Horrible customer service! They messed up my order and shipped the wrong dress. I had to take pics of the incorrect dress and now ship back to them wasting my money, time & gas. It's a shame I have to go through so many hoops because of THEIR mistake! Other companies that I've dealt with would just ship you the correct item or at least provide a discount on your next order for the inconvenience. On top of that, I can't even get a clear answer as to whether or not I will receive the actual dress that I ordered. I will NEVER order from this store again, and I've been shopping with them occasionally over the years. Too many great companies out there that treat their customers better. Looked on YouTube, and I'm not the only one. Greedy company.
I ordered about 7 items online and I did store pick up as I had a bad experience in the past for doing home delivery, therefore I have decided to do store pick up since then, thinking it will be convenient. But no, this time I never got my package. I ordered on 08/27/2018, after few days later I got a confirmation email that my items are ready for pick up in store on 09/07/2018. I went to the store to pick up on 09/12/2018, they told me they do not have it. I called forever21helpline, the representative from customer service told me that the item was delivered and it was scanned at the store by an employee, she also shared the employee ID number who received my package with the store manager over the phone. They just didn't even investigate about my package and told me to get a refund. I told them if the item was scanned, then how can it be lost just like that. Such a bad experience, I was excited and was looking forward for my shopping. They have wasted my time and energy, I drove to the store to pick up. They didn't even look around properly. By their actions and what forever21 customer service representative told me over the phone, one can only assume that there is something fishy and my package was not lost instead the store people might have kept it. They don't care about their customers. Such a waste, I will not suggest anyone to do business with them if you want that kind of service. It was very unprofessional..
I ordered about 8 items online on 9/3/18 during a Labor Day sale. Today is 9/14/18 (11 days later) and my order is still not out for delivery today. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER order anything again.
They sell you misadvertised bs then make you pay for shipping, because in store its only credit. NEver buying anything from them again - and i only bought FROM them

Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!
