Ordering experience was great and hassle free. The product was a bit more difficult to assemble than anticipated. Tabs did not want to stay in place. With persistence, however, all six grow tubes are in place and protecting my young grape plants. For the price, the product works fine. I wouldn't want to have to assemble more than 20, however.

I am highly appreciative of the customer service staff that helped me with my order, I had more than one user-error issue, and they very kindly and patiently helped me with all of them. Mostly I personally dealt with Will Parish, who has every reason to be sick of me by now, but regardless was kind, patient and helpful. I don't know the names of the employees behind the scenes that worked on my order as well, but everything was completed within the timeframe I needed it by, especially my exchange order which was shipped priority. Overall I'm highly appreciative of the forestry suppliers staff that I worked with to get my order straight.

Quick delivery and exactly what was described. This was the only place that had this scabbard.

Usually quite pleased with my experience. This time I ordered overnight FEDEX on a Thursday night, and it didn't arrive till noon on Monday. There was no way I could talk to a customer service agent over the weekend. Lost a few hours of fieldwork.
