The issue I had with my recent purchase was that I was unable to reset my password and log into my account because the reset password email never arrived in my email inbox. Further, I didn't receive an email with a purchase receipt or tracking information. I sent a message through the contact us portal on the website and received no reply. Finally, after my order arrived, I found a customer service email address on the packing list and was able to get in touch with someone to receive my receipt. I don't know what is going on with your website, but please fix it.
