The repair part, snap ring, did not arrive with the first shipment even though there was an unsealed envelope for it. The company resent the part, again in an unsealed envelope. During shipping the snap ring apparently fell out of the envelope and was found in a crease in the bottom of the shipping box. The company should seal the envelope containing very small parts/items.
The items were on backorder, but representatives from Forestry Suppliers were proactive in letting us know when they would be available again and were very helpful is fulfilling our order. This was much appreciated.
