I have been purchasing field equipment from Forestry Suppliers for years and never had any problems.
I'm working on putting together a kit for prescribed fire. Amazon doesn't really have much variety for niche industrial products and Forestry Suppliers was a top search result. I am really impressed with the products offered. I have only ordered a helmet, but it arrived in the time frame estimated and no issues with the item. Checkout was simple. I've since found out that my peers also use Forestry Suppliers for their gear as well which was reassuring.
My main annoyance is that after the delivery I get an email from the company asking for confirmation that I got my item. That's fine, it's really just extra customer service. BUT instead of actually wanting feedback that I received my item without issue it brings me to the review page I'm using to type this now. That's a lot of extra stuff I don't want to do, so I just exit without doing it. A week or so later I get ANOTHER email, same thing. So here I am mostly complaining about the review system and misleading emails.
