Very fast and accommodating. Happy with product! The only thing was they were not delivered to the instructed location of business and were left outside a building we do not own with no acknowledgment from UPS. We were lucky to have found them but easily could have been stolen, especially in our area.
Almost everything arrived on time and as ordered. One set of items was incorrect, contacted FS and they sent the correct item right away.

Initial order in 2023 did not go through due to product out of stock. I placed a new order in 2024. After order was placed, I received a courtesy phone call to confirm and I received the item the next week. I definitely recommend this company
The website is easy to navigate on mobile. I signed up for an account and received $20 off my purchase. I was a little hesitant at first because I had never heard of this site but their pricing was comparable and slightly cheaper than others I looked at. The shipping was fast too. I like that there is a rewards program. I received points for my purchase and will be using them to order more products in the future.
I knew the product itself would be great, so no surprise there. Only complaint is the shipping took way longer than anticipated, but that isn't on FS.
I think the shipping charges are extremely high. I almost not worth ordering incidental item due to high shipping cost. Have you over a barrel because they are the only ones that carry drip torch parts.
