When I ordered, I needed to update my payment and shipping address. For some reason the system would not let me delete my old address. I had to mess with the "address update" function to enter my new address and then get it to populate in both shipping and billing, so I wrote about this issue in my "shopping experience rating." The next morning I received a call from Forestry Suppliers, advising they held up shipping my order to make sure they had my correct shipping address. The individual I spoke with said he read the address update issue I had written the day before; so he confirmed they are using my correct address. I really appreciated this followup action on the part of Forestry Suppliers. This showed me they are professionally responsible and take immediate corrective action to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
