This product works extremely well. Over time the power of the spring seems to warp the mechanism and it becomes difficult and finally impossible to set. At that point I end up replacing it with a new one. Until that happens, it gets the job done perfectly.
Our order arrived, but the cap was not on tight, or it was when shipped, and due to carrier abuse, which is common these days that it leaked out somewhere along the delivery route because the whole back of the box was stained from spillage. The bag that it came in had the product at the bottom. The bag was not sealed. I was refunded and threw out the rest due to contamination per customer service.
Will purchase again mid to later summer. Always professional and friendly folks!
