We received exactly what we ordered and it was applied to the damage trunk area of our October glory maple tree. Time will tell if the product works as claimed by others. The pump sprayer that came with the liquid product was high-quality and made the application very easy.
I have a Log Ox but it's to heavy for a 70 year old and this one I purchased is a lot lighter and does a better job picking up the logs and throwing in the bed!

The timer on the device is helpful for long hours taking measurement in the field without having to drain out the battery using your phone timer. I receive a new device with initial timer mild function. It took a while for the timer to finally works. Just in case you have the same experience, just give it hours to start working. Forestry Suppliers' help line doesn't work.
