Your customer base probably cares something about the environment. They do not want to receive the product in a wasteful amount of packaging. My order should have arrived in an envelope, not a box with packing peanuts, etc. I also think it would help your business finances not to overdo the packaging.

I ordered in early December and through all of the hustle and bustle of Christmas shipping, my oversized order was still delivered a day ahead of schedule. Processing and boxing my order only took a couple of days. And, since I was a first time customer, a human from the company called me to make sure the order was legit.

Our FS order came quickly to us to our location in the NE from PA and the Brush Axe is a perfect tool when we tested it to cut down soft wood trees up to 3" dia. Certainly faster and less effort than cutting with a portable saw.

Ordered 6,000 tree-tags, some of the boxes the tags were in (Not the box they were shipped in) were falling apart with loose tags falling out as I pulled them out. Someone on your end decided to box-tape all the loose tags with the remains of the boxes, making it even more of a pain in the $#*! trying to sort them out. Some of these boxes were seriously just half tape, half thin cardboard. It appears everything is all there, but I don't have time to count tree-tags.
