Whether ordering online or over the phone Forestry Suppliers has always been great! I was slightly shocked at the packaging though. We had ordered 12 planting bars and I was curious as to how they would be shipped. The boxes arrived quickly as usual, a little rough, but intact which was to be expected with planting bars. Upon opening the first box we discovered compasses and prisms inside the same box as the planting bars. We checked all of them and they were clear of damage. I would like to think this was just an oversight on the warehouse floor. The smaller items, those listed above and several others, should have been in a separate smaller box. This wouldn't sway my decision on ordering from them though. They do have an excellent return policy and are quick with that as well.
