I bought some of these years ago and they had pointed metal tips. The pointed metal tips made it easier to push them into the ground. These did not have pointed metal tips. The end of the metal part is flat. I will get my angle grinder out and finish the job that should have been done at the factory.

I was satisfied with most elements of the transaction but one out of four packages arrived damaged. The box is ripped, crushed, and held together by tape. The contents appear to be fine becuase luckily the order was just flagging. I realise that this may be the fault of the shipping company but it was still disappointing.
I thought I didn't get free shipping as I expected but then I really great customer service person called and said I should have gotten an email with a code- which I then found in my spam folder. So all good, the shipping- which was quite a lot ($84) was taken off my order and I was very pleased that they took the time to call and remedy the issue.

I called and had an issue with the hand pump on one of my backpack sprayers. The technician there recommended a part, which i ordered, and it fixed the problem.
On a sidenote, offering free shipping is pretty common these days, but offering 10% or a % off an order would be better.
