A great purchase for quality field notes. Delivery was prompt and the books arrived in good condition. I have found these to be as good as name-brand all weather notebooks at a much lower cost.
I place an order via email. Then I have to answer the same questions... for each delivery...via phone call regarding delivery. Sometimes phone response is several days, Should be easier.
I ordered 2 of the TMO-Pros (Tree-Mate-O). They worked just as advertised. I would recommend getting the Pro model because it is expandable. I have already adjusted the expandable feature. Also would recommend getting some extra rubber bands for the future for only a $1 each.
I called customer service on 26 Feb 2024 and told them that what I received was not what was pictured on the website. The customer service rep told me that she would give me credit back on the item. I called back on 4 Mar 2024 to let them know that I still haven't received a credit back on my credit card. As of this morning I still haven't received a credit. I'll give it one more day, and if no credit is received, I'll just dispute the charges.

For starters, I purchased a handful of items from Forestry Suppliers, and shipping was great. All items were received earlier than expected. One of the items purchased was a Council Tool's Axe. As my luck would have it, the handle split within the first few strikes. Although I figured I would just be told it split due to misuse, I decided to give FS a chance to back their products. I took pictures from all angles, and typed a detail account to their customer service department. I promptly received a response with an apology and an offer for a replacement or a refund. I chose the replacement, and it arrived two days later. I have never been more pleased with a bad experience. They'll definitely receive my future business.

The measuring tape is one of the favorites used by production operators to measure outside diameters with accuracy. I'm new to the company been 2 years compared to folks with 30 plus years. I had to find this tape for the team members and it measures against the standard gauge perfectly.
