Placed my order after receiving a recommendation from a friend who had ordered from forestry suppliers. The order was received promptly and the equipment was just as advertised.
Each time I call Forestry Suppliers, I speak with someone who understands my situation, is from the USA, is knowledgeable about the products, and is always ready to go above and beyond to answer my questions. It's always reassuring that our calls our answered immediately and with a smile!

Took 3 weeks to get order. It shipper promptly but took so long to arrive I was worried that it wasn't going too
I placed an order and was surprised by the shipping costs. I called to find out if there were any discounts or shipping coupons. (there wasn't due to the size of the items we were purchasing). However, Will P called back to follow-up and helped with adjusting our invoice to help with the shipping costs.
The product was delivered timely, and everything was in perfect condition. The products seem to be as advertised, just have yet to use them.
My order came in a timely manner and the products are top quality.
I am still waiting for items on backorder though.
