This store hires really racist employees. Today (March 19 2022) I witnessed some guys working in the produce section calling a black person a gorilla. They didn't say it to the person's face, they just saw the individual and yelled out, "GORILLA". Another employee said "who?" and they laughed. This is not the first time I've seen or heard some of the employees saying racist things. It's strange that the racial diversity of the staff doesn't make it less racist. The manager should still teach her employees to not disrespect any customer for their social identity or for any reason. I know they are uneducated but that doesn't give them the right to be racist. No employee put the person in their place so that tells me they agree with racism. I don't know why they hire black people if they are ok with their black customers getting racially abused by their non-black employees.
