Flyrobo.in

I strongly warn anyone considering a purchase from FlyRobo.in — don't do it. They are not a trustworthy platform, and you could be scammed out of your money and valuable time. Here's my experience: I ordered a FlySky FS-i6X with FS-iA10B on 17th June, and after several days of waiting, I received a cheap, low-quality transmitter that was clearly not what I paid for. Alongside this, I had ordered 3 TP5100 modules, and one of them arrived damaged with a broken inductor. I immediately submitted a return request with clear images, and even recorded a video while packing the wrong item to avoid any disputes. But here's where it gets worse: No one came to pick up the wrong item, even after I waited the entire day. Most of the time, their customer support phone is unreachable. They don't respond to emails either. And worst of all — their replacement process is a complete joke. They told me that first the defective item must be picked up and delivered back to them, which would take at least a week. Then they would inspect the item, and only after that will they dispatch the correct item, which would again take another week to reach me. That's over 2 weeks of unnecessary delay — for their own mistake. This level of service is completely unprofessional, and it shows they have no respect for customer satisfaction or time. If I hadn't followed up constantly, they probably wouldn't have done anything at all. If you're serious about your time, projects, or money — never buy from FlyRobo. Instead, buy from trusted platforms like: Robu.in Robokits Quartz Components Robocraze They are professional, responsive, and customer-focused — exactly what FlyRobo is not. Avoid FlyRobo at all costs. Save yourself from frustration, delays, and potential losses.
