Answer: I sent a payment of $775.00 to flynike.com on 3-07-2010 and as of today 3-19-2010 I have not received a tracking number or my order. I have sent e-mails to them and I have called them. They will not answer the phone or return any messages. They have sent me the same email that states that they are waiting for sender man and will ship your package asap got it. Now they have blocked my email address. I have since contacted MoneyGram and they are investigating WenXin Xie. If this is the person that got your money you need to contact MoneyGram or Western Union and make a fraud complaint. Print off your order take it to your local authority/magistrate and tell them that WenXin Xie picked up your money with the promise of sending out order and did not. Anything over $200.00 is a felony fraud. They will pick him up anywhere in the world if it is a felony charge. Step 3 there is a website and tv show called inside edition that goes internationoally that bust open scammers. The way flynike works is that they will send you a small order just to rob you for a big order. We need to stop them they are multimillion dollar company. They need not to rob anyone. I have personally spoke with a lawyer that said if enough people that have got robbed join up and file a lawsuit that he could go after flynike.com company to get money back and more for orders not been given.
