Truly dreadful flooring company that should be avoided, especially the Hedge End branch. Prior to securing an order they had promised a complete flooring service including supply and fitting, claiming to have multiple fitters on their books.
Based on the promise of a complete service I place an order, and a fitting date was agreed.
2 days prior to the fitting date I telephoned the branch to check that everything was due to go ahead as planned and I was given full assurances by the branch manager that the flooring has arrived and everything was on schedule as planned.
So I spent the next 2 days lifting and shifting to prepare the way for the fitting.
Fitting day duly arrived and no fitter showed up and noone at the company contacted me to inform me of a no show. When I phoned the branch the 'manager' told me they had processed my order wrongly and the flooring was due that day and booked for fitters to attend and fit two days later. They failed again and rescheduled a day later. Two most unpalatable individuals turned up as fitters, then refused to do the job because they wouldn't get it finished by 1pm!
When asked why the manager had assured me everything was on schedule he flippantly told me he hadn't bothered to check before offering that assurance!
I was looking to refund but the shop "manager" said he had a fitter for 5 days later so I agreed one more chance.
Yet again the fitting day arrived and was a no show fitter wise with noone contacting me to inform me that it would be a no show.
I again had to ring the store, only to be told that the previous fitters still had the flooring in their van which was parked in some unknown place having broken down, hence the fitter could not do the job. The manager then refused to complete the job and told me he would refund - with a wait of 5 days before I get the money back!

This company is simply atrocious. It staffed by flippancy, arrogance and rogue sales tactics at the front facing end, with absolutely no accountability as there is no escalation process for complaining.
Staff at this company deceive through false claims and assurances in order to lure customers to place orders, but as soon as they get your money any standard of customer service disappears and you are left with nothing more than perpetual incompetence and no valid recourse.

AVOID THIS DREADFUL COMPANY OR TRUST THEM AT YOUR PERIL!
They are simply deplorable!
