I have paid for a Yearly Premium account to create videos with Fliki.ai. Though this AI has a lot of useful features, like the possiblity of adding talking Avatars to the videos, AI generated images, voice cloning, etc, their customer-service answer times are repeatedly very slow, that is, they usually reply within 48h to a week, contrary to what a Premium plan customer would expect. Moreover before becoming a Fliki.ai customer, I was a paying customer of another video creation AI tool, that is invideo.io and their customer-service respone times are within 20 minutes from writting to them (for paying customers).
So all in all, Fliki.ai has a very slow and not very efficient customer service, specially when compared to other video generation AI tools.
