1. They were 5 days late delivering my order
2. Most the meals are a goopy mess
3. Labels are very difficult if not impossible to read
4. They make it borderline impossible to cancel subscription. You cannot cancel or even postpone your subscription through their website. You have to chat or text in. Even during business hours it says no one is online. I have tried cancelling this subscription for 3 days now. No one has responded to my texts, emails or even chat. This is a disgusting company with predatory practices. They give you a discount on the first delivery then make it obscenely difficult to cancel to retain customers. Their website wont even allow me to delete my card on file, even if I use a different card I can cancel later. This company is a total scam! They need to be removed, and I will continue to write reviews on every platform I can find.
