I would like to see a filter added to each remote job posting that tells the job seeker whether they are allowed to work at nights and/or on the weekends for any given employer. Selecting "part-time" or even "alternate schedule" means different things than being able to just work at nights or the weekends.

I liked Flex jobs platform. It was easy to use and they have a great Article and Learning section. I got no bites after a month I tailored my resumes legitimately but nothing. Money is tight and getting tighter. I can't keep paying with no results. I think this is a great platform for someone entering the workforce. As a Senior person it is not doing it for me. Thanks.
