When people are looking for a job, especially if they were laid off, making them sign up for a subscription when money is tight, I don't agree with. Also, if they find a position within a month of the 3-month subscription, they are still in and now they don't need it. I think charging $2.95 a week would suffice. People will not be in a plan they don't need after finding a job, and flexjobs actually makes more a month, so everybody wins.
