So far everything has been wonderful but need more remote jobs that doesn't require a degree unless the company is willing to pay for the education to get the degree if the applicant has a contract that they will stay with that company until employer feels that the applicate/employee "paid off" that education

I I am very unpleasantly surprised by the fact that the job seeker has to pay a subscription fee in order to have an insight into the listings at all. That's unheard of! If someone is looking for a job, it means that he is unemployed, which further means that he has no source of income, which again means that he has no money. Instead of the listing being charged to the company offering the job, ie looking for a worker, they expect someone who has no income to pay for the job search. Out of mind! This is direct exploitation of the needy
