The site is a good site to see jobs quickly. Unfortunately, the process of not being able to use a one time form to all jobs applied is time consuming and stressful, especially, when you do not get even an interview.
I really love how wholesome and interactive FlexJobs has been, but like many others in the job search, having no response to any applications is very disheartening. I even applied directly for a direct FlexJobs position and in the description, it said the hiring manager was not required to provide feedback on any application... as a recruiter I know it takes less than 45 seconds to send a rejection e-mail. Common courtesy still goes farther for businesses than "being busy" any day.
