Flexjobs was great and helped me tune up my resume
I've applied to many jobs that have offered remote. The only problem is that most of the jobs that are remote require more experience or credentials than I have.
There needs to be a better way to match my profile to potential jobs. It takes a lot of time to go through the list of general jobs that are based on my background. This needs to be improved
The job search function is a bit lackluster since you can only sort by job type or category rather than more important metrics such as experience level but otherwise the site is helpful.

I found it useful for see what other jobs are out their. The only issue I had was when I look and put in remote only it would still give me jobs that wanted employees in the office. I live in N. Idaho and alot of the jobs where in the Midwest or East so it was a waste of my time, to look at them if they were not completely remote.
