All of the jobs on this site are not necessarily remote. I was thinking when I signed up that the jobs were all fully remote but that isn't the case.

I haven't had the time to really get a good feel for the site
For mid-level job seekers and sales people, there are an abundance of opportunities, entry-level positions requiring no experience do not exist. Many jobs state entry-level, then ask for 2+ years of experience doing something in that field; doesn't make any sense.
Also, there are a variety of recruiting company posts, but none of them will get back to you. I contacted 4 different companies--through flexjobs, their website apply, email, and phone calls--and not one has responded.
I use Flexjobs and have applied for a position that I am hopeful of getting.
I wish there were better ways to engage the employers(recruiters) like LinkedIn. The job options didn't necessarily match the opportunities I saw on Linkedin or higheredjobs.com. I wished they also had options to filter for salaries + level of autonomy.
I love this site. However, I type in for my location and most the remote jobs want you to be in their location to hire you.
