I just never was able to find a job through flexjobs. I used other avenues for employment.

I don't get it,but maybe I'm not supposed to. I don't see myself paying for a subscription to look for a job and as I see in some reviews, they are not guaranteed to get you a job. It really stnks how people try and make you pay for things that should be free. Leads on professional careers shouldn't have to cost. If you're looking for a job, why have to pay and its not guranteed? It was worth a shot though. Thanks but there are people in buildings that can do this for free.

And it's not like you even apply for the jobs on this site, almost all of them redirect you to another site, so you are constantly filling out the same information numerous times, confirming emails, etc. And let's not even get started on the "posted today" jobs that then send you to a dead link or job that is expired. I'm just not sure what I paid for, as this site does nothing extra than similarly dead wood Indeed boards.

First off all they want you to pay to see job postings that are readily available on corporate sites if you do a bit of research and when you go to those sites you have to re-enter all the information you provided to FlexJobs. I applied to ten different entry level business analytics jobs, across the country. Tailored a cover letter template and everything as a test. I don't do cover letters as a rule. I have several years experience and a bachelors so I thought I had a leg up. Just got rejected from all 10. What is the point of paying a service for job listings when you get re-directed to the company sites anyway? Who needs a middleman when job seekers have to do all the legwork. Only paid for a week as a test to see how it would turn out and as expected, it turned into nothing. Most of the entry level jobs have five years and up experience wanted and the middle level plus 10 years. Same old story. Nobody wants to train and they expect you to have years of experience for entry level pay. That particular problem is not the fault of FlexJobs itself, it's the fault of potential employers.

I figure all of those jobs that were listed were either filled before or they are eliminating WFH/the positions themselves. The job listings were outdated.

It was great honestly just not what I'm looking for.

Great site for remote jobs that are across the job board

The site is great, but I don't have a job, so I can't afford to pay a monthly fee.

No issues. I subscribed just to see what is available on the site although I already have job offers. It looks to be a very valuable platform.
