You will put in your location as a starting point. The system will look at your area, as well as for U.S. National jobs that can be done throughout the U.S., and jobs that can be done anywhere in the world. Once you run the search, you can filter the posts from the right-hand side of the site to select different options, like schedule and telecommuting level (100% to work solely from home). Also, once you have set up a specific search, you can save it on the results page in the upper right, where it shows "Save this search."
